As you walk between the bog garden and the pond, you will be able to catch a glimpse of the stunning Glass Bottle Dome. It consists of glass bottles of different colours that create a large dome. The spectacular beauty is enhanced by the water pool, creating an extraordinary reflection.
Giant Cuckoo Clock is the third folly, the most recent, and perhaps the most sophisticated one. It is a water clock with a cuckoo emerging out of it every hour. The clock tower is 7 metres high, and its mechanism is an imitation of Ancient Greek methods.
The Cafe and Plant Nursery
After wandering through the gardens, visitors can enjoy a relaxing break at the on-site cafe. The cafe is famous for its delicious homemade cakes, cream teas, quiches, fresh salads, and toasted sandwiches. With ample seating both indoors and outdoors, the cafe offers a welcoming spot for all visitors.
Additionally, the small plant nursery near the entrance allows visitors to take a piece of the garden home with them. The nursery is well-stocked with a wide selection of plants, many grown directly in the gardens.
