Hergest Croft

In addition to rare trees, the gardens also boast extensive collections of hydrangeas, peonies, and other shrubs alongside rare trees. Outside Hergest Croft, the terraces bloom with tulips, succeeded by a vibrant array of dahlias and salvias. In late summer, the lower terrace, with its view of the lawn, is adorned with a striking combination of blue and white plants.
Azalea Garden
The Azalea Garden features a prominent avenue of blue cedars planted over a century ago. Alongside an impressive array of azaleas, you'll find a diverse collection of rare and exotic champion trees. Notably, it houses one of the United Kingdom's largest specimens of the rare "Paper Handkerchief" tree, known scientifically as Davidia involucrata.
Maple Grove
Adorned with many types of maple trees, this beautiful grove displays a range of colours that match the seasons. Since 1985, this region has been meticulously cultivated with new and reintroduced species, a result of China's renewed accessibility to Western plant collectors. A significant number of these species are exclusive to the UK. From here, visitors can enjoy stunning views across the countryside to the Malvern Hills and May Hill in Gloucestershire.
Kitchen Garden
The impressive Kitchen Garden delights guests with its diverse selection of fruits and vegetables. Nestled under ancient apple trees, it showcases a vibrant spring border alongside a historic double herbaceous border, initially established in the early 20th century. Park & Haywood Common
The majority of trees are planted in small family clusters, featuring species such as oaks, ash, and maples, including numerous rare specimens.
